One round = Going down and reversing the order to finish where you started. 

Go for 3 total rounds and time yourself to see how quickly you can do it, but remember that good form is what is most important!

This was so good & filling. Just might have to make another one tomorrow. 😁

Remember that we can make any goal into a reality, but it doesn’t mean it’ll be easy. And it seems most of us end up quitting just before we would actually see it become a reality. 


It may take a little longer to get there, but as long as you keep working, focusing & climbing, YOU WILL GET THERE!!

Zoom Here’s a healthy version of ice cream!!!

➑️➑️Vanilla Peanut Butter & Banana Ice Cream⬅️⬅️


πŸ”Έ1 c unsweetened almond milk
πŸ”Έ2 scoops Vanilla Shakeology
πŸ”Έ2 medium frozen bananas
πŸ”Έ2 T natural peanut butter

1. Place in blender like a VitaMix 

2. Blend on low & gradually increase speed until smooth

3. Pour mixture into large glass bowl & cover. 

4. Freeze for 4 hours & stir every 30 minutes.
