Zoom Have you guys tried these #Unreal candy bars? They are FAB! Now, it’s really not health food, but they are all natural ingredients (or so they say). 

This is the Chocolate Caramel Nougat, and it’s a bit like a Snikcers, minus the nuts. 

If you like to have a little treat now and then, go find these. I got ours at #Target for Easter; they are on #Amazon also.

The weather is definitely improving & it’s time to buckle down & get beach ready (or at least short & tank top ready) 

I’m starting a new series called “Move It Monday” that will have short but result producing mini workouts you can add to your fitness regime or use to get you up & moving, if your behind has been planted on the couch all winter.

I’m starting a new series called #MoveItMonday that will have short but result producing mini workouts you can add to your #fitness regime or use to get you up & moving, if your behind has been planted on the couch all winter. 😘

Today’s #MoveItMonday is for time; remember the only person you are competing with is the one you see in the mirror! You can do this workout everyday this week & just see how you can improve in just 7 days!!!! I promise you, it only takes a small amount of effort, every day, to add up to BIG THINGS!
